Discussion
Councilman DiMascio reported that the men are cutting grass in the
parks while the kids are playing ball.
Council President Bellino asked if it was Carteret Park.
Councilman DiMascio said yes. All the kids are running around and it
is dangerous.
Council President Bellino said he would have to check on that and see
what the contract obligations are before or after. That is the only thing
I can look into. Once again, if it is a contract we have to stand by it but
we have to find out (inaudible).
Councilman DiMascio said the kids are small, maybe seven (7) or
eight (8) years old.
Council President Bellino replied that he was right. I'll check with Mr.
Kately or Mr. DuPont about what the contract obligations are and that
they should do it on off recreation hours so to speak. It's a safety issue.
Councilman Krum Councilman Krum said Progress in the Fire Department.
Councilwoman Naples Councilwoman Naples said nothing at this time.
Councilman Diaz Councilman Diaz had nothing to discuss at this time.

Upon MMS &C by Councilmembers Diaz and Krum and unanimous Open to Public
affirmative vote of the five (5) members present, the meeting was
opened for public discussion.
Kevin Urban wanted to know about the work on (inaudible) Avenue.
Council President Bellino said it depends how you would call it. It is
supposed to be Townhouses. They reduced the actual footprint and Discussion
made them smaller for resale over the course of the economic
downturn. Something happened so it went through the system that way
and I imagine doing footprints for (inaudible).
Mr. Urban asked if there were any plans for the northern part of
Roosevelt Avenue, (inaudible)... dirt piles.
Council President Bellino replied that he was not sure. He could not
answer that right now. If I had Legal Aide, we'd know it right now. I'll
get back to it and let you know what it is.
Mr. Urban inaudible.
Council President Bellino said he thinks it is part of the actual grant.
They actually did the sidewalks and the lighting structures. They were
responsible for any kind of destruction and if they messed it up they
had to repair it. So, if it is not operational they are obligated to make it
work.
Mr. Urban said it is a little dark when you are coming into town.
Council President Bellino said it looks like a canyon.
