The City Council vl the pity of Lynwood met in an adjourned re-
tar session at the City H~..11, 11331 llaza Street on abo~;e date at
I~~,yor Snodgrass in the chair.
Councilmen ~'1i11iams, Tweedy, ~~nderson, Trimble and Sxiod`;rass
answered the roll call.
It wa:~ moved by Councilman hnderson and seconded by Councilman
Williams that the readin; of the minutes o:i' the previous r~ieetin:~ be
dispensed with and that the achwabland matter be brought up for dis-
cussion.

Considerable discussion was n.ad re~~ard~r the claim of George
Schwai:land, and the compromise settlement as submitted by Joh1.~ L.
Rush, Attorney at the meeting of December 26th, 1930, ar~d "ity Attorney
Hess and Attorney Johr_ L. Rush addressed the "o?zncil remardin said
matter.
It tivas thereupon moved by Councilman '~.veedy ai~.d seconded by
Councilman Anderson that the matter be left up to .the 'court to deter-
_ mine.

Treasurer for said various amounts.

Thereupon it was moved bar Councilman ~'y'illiams and seconded by
Councilman `tweedy that said ar~lounts be transfereed from 'she 'General
~,und to the Bond i`~edemptivr r'und as above listed.

I+,'fr. E, V. ~~~.oore who s~.bmitted a bid of ~~348.00 at the last meet-
ing of the Council for pai~~tir~g the exterior surface of water tams
and totVners, addressed tl~e Council static that said price included
the pantie of both tanks. Thereupon it vas r~aoved by Councilman ~~il-
liams and seconded bJ Councilman t~indersan that all bids be rejected.

of Police Hos~an as submitted some time ago.

illiams that the Cit~r Treasurer be requested to prepare a tabulation
of estimated receipts, exependitures aid fund balances to the month of
December, 1931, the date of receipt of tax money ~"or fiscal year 1931-32.
