Linares acknowledged that this project had time to get to this point for various reasons. Chairman Kent questioned the height and type of landscape screening that would be used as a buffer between the neighbors as he did not see this on the landscape drawings. Mr. Linares stated that he was not prepared to address this and the landscape architect was not able to be present. Mr. Linares said they would have the drawings upgraded for the presentation to the Town Commission. During discussion it was determined more detail was needed with regard to the landscaping, both the materials and their sizes, before a recommendation is made.
