It was moved by Councilman Anderson end seconded by Councilman YJilliams th.t . we lay the matter over to new business. Totion was Berried and so order- ed. ItIcC:~ll for the pipe in the Falomar District was brought up for discussion. ~Jater Sup- erintendent Cummings addressed the Council regarding same. No ac- taon was taken, but it vv~s decided to sta;,T bt,~ the price of y~100.00 for- merly quoted ~~r . 1~IcCa11 for said pipe . ~ communication was received from i~ir. Bert J. Freer, offering for .sale to the Cit~T of L~,~nwood a 1929 Chevrolet 1~ ton stake body truck at X500.00; 4.3.so offering the service of a l~ ton truck with. driver at a price of 2,400.00 per year .
