The city Council met in a regular session at the City Hall,
13331 Plaza Street, on above date at 7:30 P. Ir.
I:-ayor pecker in the chair.

The minutes of the previous adjourned regular meeting of

the Council to attend an open meeting next Thursday noon, .°,pril ~Oth.
It was moved by Councilman Snyder and Seconded by Councilman '~~illiams
that the invitation be accepted and as many as possible attend.

attend a luncheon vrit;~ various organizations on Saturday, June 13th,
1931, and an.nouneing a short course to be held from June 8th to
13th. The T.ayor ordered said communication filed and that the
Council remember s~.id dates, if any one ~~rishes to attend.

barking and odor creates a nuisance, but that there is no

Councilman ^rayson reported on. the application of ,:i. Hansen
to enlar-e his dairy or_ Ttveed~,r-~~bbott Road to the effect that in the
absence of a zoning ordinance, i.-r. Hansen will be permitted to enlarge
his dairy, provided he complies with the i`niform Building Code.
Councilman trayson also reported on the ,prinkling of strEets
