SPECIAL I~~IEFTTTdG JULY 29TI-~, 1931.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in a Special meet-
ing at the City Hall, 11331 Plaza Street, pursuant to call by Mayor Decker`;
on above date at S:UO oTClock P. T~., vrhich call read as foliows:-
"You are herebynotified that on ~'dednesday, July 29th, 1931, at
7:30 P. M. a Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Lynwood
will be held at the City Ha11, 11331 Plaza Street, for the purpose of
taking necessar~r action regarding leave of absence requested by Council-
man Grayson from his duties as member of the City Council of said City"~
vrhich said call had been served on each :ember of the Council at least
three hours before said meeting as required by lavr.
Pdlayor Decker in the Chair .
Councilmen j`dilliams, Davies, Grayson, Snyder and Decker answered
the roll call.
It was moved by Councilman Davies and seconded by Councilman
~lilliams that the reading of the minutes of the regular ~r.eeting of July
21st be dispensed iv~th to next meeting.
Roll Call:
Ayes: Councilmen ~Yilliams, Davies, Grayson, Snyder and Decker.
Noes: None.
A communication was received from Councilman J.H. Grayson
requesting a leave of absence from his duties as Councilman for the City
of Lynvrood as it is necessary that he travel east in connection with his
private business. Thereupon it was moved by Councilman Davies and sec-
onded by Councilman '~"Tilliams that the a leave of absence not to ezeeed
twomonths be granted Councilman Grayson.
Roll Call:
Ayes: Councilmen ~"dilliams, Davies, Grayson, "nyder and Decker.
Noes: None.
It eras moved by Councilman Davies and seconded by Councilman
Snyder that the meeting adjourn to August 4th, at 7:30 P. M.
