Davies, an . seconded by Councilman `Villia ~s that permit be granted, and the
usual license fee be chrrged. I~fter some discussion, Councilman Davies ~°~ith-
drew the motion at the consent of Councilman ~illia ~s; and it was thereupon
moved by Councilman Davies and seconded by Co~~ncilman cyder that the a~ pli-
cant be referred ~;o the Chief of Police for license.
