CALL TO ORDER
The Finance Committee Meeting of April 15, 2002, was convened at 8:00P.M. by
Councilman Larry Vincent.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present at the meeting:
Present: Angle, Groner, Jackson, Klindt, Olsen, Smith, Viessman, Vincent,
Vogel, and Weber
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
ELECTION OF FINANCE COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN
Councilman Larry Vincent announced that nominations were in order for Chairman of the
Finance Committee. Councilman Richard Groner nominated Councilman Clyde Angle,
seconded by Councilman Roy Viessman. Councilman Edith Vogel nominated Councilman
Larry Vincent, seconded by Councilman Bob Weber. The following vote was taken by roll -
call:
For Angle: Angle, Groner, Olsen, Smith, and Viessman
For Vincent: Jackson, Klindt, Vincent, Vogel, and Weber
Following a lengthy discussion concerning the tie vote, three more voice votes were taken
with the following results:
For Angle: Angle, Groner, Olsen, Smith, and Viessman
For Vincent: Jackson, Klindt, Vincent, Vogel, and Weber
The Committee did not elect a Chairman or a Co- Chairman at this time. It was suggested
that Councilmen Angle and Vincent meet and discuss the issue.

There being no further business to come before the Committee, a motion was made by
Councilman Charles Jackson to adjourn, seconded by Councilman Edith Vogel and
approved unanimously at 8:20 PM
