The plan is in substantial conformance with the PUD General Plan and preliminary plat applications that were approved by the McCall City Council on July 11, 2019. The Amended Escrow Agreement includes funds for landscaping improvements. During their regularly scheduled February 4, 2020 meeting, the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously recommended approval of the applications to the McCall City Council. Approve PUD-19-01 and SUB-19-01, as recommended by the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents. 2. Approve the amended escrow agreement and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
