AUTHORIZING REFUND OF TAX AND/OR SE\VER
FEES OVERPAYiMENT
WIIEREAS, thc Tax Collector of the Borough o£ Carteret has reviewed the Roll;
and determined that certain monies are due and payable by the Borough of Carteret to
certain residents and property owners within tile Borough of Carteret, as a result of an
overpayment of Taxes or Sewe~ Fees, and
~A'IIEREAS, the Tax Collector recommends the immediate reimbursement of th
excess Funds currently colIected by the Borough of Carteret to certain enumerated
indi; iduals.
NO,V, I'HEREFORE, BE 1T AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the ·
Mayor and council of the Borough of Carteret. In the County of Middlesex, Sate of Nex
Jersey: that the Tax Coliector is Authorized to immediately refund and pay the
oxerpayment of Taxes or Sewer Fees to the Individuals and property owners of the
specific properties listed below and/or attached hereto:
