T e ity Clerk requested. information f rom the Council as to whether
they «ished the insurance covering City owned vehicles written with a
conference company, or anon-conference company. Thereupon it was moved
by Councilman D avies and- seconded by Count ilman v chouten, that the City
Clerk be instructed to met an expression from the aents who were a~r,~arded
the insurance vrhat their candid opinion is re_arding- t'rle t~To classifica-
tions, and ~~hich will be tre best for the City to insure with.

of Mrs.Florence Korhn, inflicted by a prisoner, in t:"e amount of X7.50.
T~~e City Clerk stated t~iat P~irs.Korhn a•reed to waive Pier right to vaca-
tion if the Council see fit to pa.y the bill. Thereupon it was moved by
Councilman Davies and. seconded by Councilman Schouten that the claim be
paid; ho~~~ever, that she be notified that in t.:e future no such claims
vaill be allowed,ina.smuch as the State Compensation Insurance Company
do not pa.y bills of Chiropractors. -
