SPECIAL MEETING JANUARY 5TH, 1933.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in a spec-
ial session pursuant to call of Niayor Schouten, at the City hall,
11331 Plaza Street, on above date, at 3 P. M., which said call
read as follows:
"You are hereby notified that a special meeting
of the Ci ter Col_~ncil will be held at the City
hall, 11`331 Plaza Street, on January 5th, 1933, at
3 P. Ial. for the purpose of discussing the Spec-
ial Municipal Recall Election. Yours truly,

Councilmen Williams, Gillett and Schouten were present.
Councilmen Davies and Snyder were absent.
The City Clerk announced that all Councilmen were ser-
ved with a copy of said notice at least three hours previous to
said meeting as required by law, excepting Councilman Davies who
was out of town and therefore could not be served.
It was moved by Councilman tiNilliams and seconded by
Councilman Gillett that the reading of the minutes of the pre-
vious meeting of January 3rd, 19.33 be dispensed with.

Absent: Councilmen Davies and Snyder.
It was moved by Councilman Gillett aryl seconded by
Councilman ;rilliams that we rescind the action taken at the
last regular meeting of the Council held on January 3rd, 1933,
to postpone the Special Municipal Recall Election until the
matter Y~ s been investigated by the D3_strict Attorney's office,
and that we proceed with the election as published in the No-
tice of Election.

Ayes : Councilmen ':Villiarns, Gills tt and Schouten.
Noes : None. ~"
Absent Councilmen Davies and Snyder.
It was moved by Councilman Gillett and seconded by d
Councilman Williams that the meeting adjourn to January 17th,
1933, at 7:30 P. M.
