the City Council to act as a Board of Directors and the Cit;,r Attorney to
act as adviser, and if too members of the Council are willing to serve

~vlU.CO from each member of the Council, and then the matter will be taken
out of any private interest for candling, stating that there is no lia-

man Daet`-reiler that a non-profit corporation be create~a for t'r~e purpose of
handling the Y{econstruction ~~'inance Coreoration Y~nds wren received. and that
the members of the-City Council act as Board of Dz.rect:ors and the C~ ty At-
torney as Adviser.
