T'r,,ereupon it was moved. by Councilman Snyder and seconded by Councilman Childs that the Council go on record opposing any legislation that T.vould impose a tax on rublic utilities or other municipal receipts. Hess be retained as Special Counsel to represent the Cities interested in the cases entitled: "herman Goldberg, Plaintiff vs. County of Los Angeles, Def.'endant, and. Gil.
