The City Council of the City of Lyn~~vood met in an adjourned regulc
session, at the City Ha11,11331 Plaza Street, on above date, at 7.30 P. Pl.

Councilmen Snyder, `JVright, Daetweiler, Childs and Davies answered
the roll call.
It was moved by Councilman Childs and seconded by Councilman 'J4'ri~h
that the minutes of the regular meeting; of October 3rd, 1933, be approved
as written.

data relative to the e~renryture of_ the one-quarter of one cent of the gaso-
line tax mone~f to re allocate? to Cities in the near future, with forms for
execution relative to same attached. Tr ere being no objection, the TJayor
referred the matter to Lnbineer Bateman for investigation and re~~crt.

and ordered filed.

City Attorney nubbard reported that he had conferred with Engin-
eer Bateman relative to the acquisi ti on of the Caress i~Tater Systerrt, but as
yet they have nat procurred the information necessary for the drafting of
the contraact, stating that it will be necessary to have a title search, etc.

second time. It was moved by Councilman 'Aright and seconded by Councilman
Daetweiler that sane be adopted on second reading, finally pass and be pub-
lished- as required by lati-r.

ORDINANTCE N0. 222, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE 0~ THE CITY OF LYN'c"IOOD
LICENSING NOVELTY GAMES AND F'IXIN'G FEE THEREFOR", fixing fee in the acr~ount
of 300.00 per annum, was read in full for the second reading. It was moved
by Councilman 'JYri~;ht and seconded by Councilman Childs that same be adop_ ted
on second reading, finally pass and be published as required by law.
Councilman Snyder addressed the Council statring that he i.s still
opposd to the low 13 tense fee.
