CALL TO ORDER
The Special Council Meeting of July 22, 2002, was convened at 7:37 p.m. by Mayor Pro
Tempore Edith Vogel in the absence of Mayor Tom Rackers.
ROLL CALL
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Angle, Ferguson, Groner, Olsen, Smith, Viessman, Vincent, Vogel,
and Weber
Absent: Klindt
A quorum was declared present.
CONSENT AGENDA
The following item was presented to the Council for their approval by consent:
a. Change Order with APAC for brick pavers for handicapped accessible ramps for the
b. Downtown Sidewalks Streetscape Project .
A motion was made by Councilman Larry Vincent for approval of the Consent Agenda as
presented, with the exception of the block retaining wall, seconded by Councilman Dave
Smith and approved unanimously.
