M., pursuant to es11 of President and Mayor Dairies. mayor '~atries in th_e chair. `'ouncilmen ~'nyder, '~1riMht, Childs, '~aet~veiler. and Davies answered the roll call. `'he call to said meeting reading as follows: "You are hereby notified that a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Lynwood will be held this evening, March 22nd, 1934, at 7:.00 o'clock Y. Said notice having been served on each council member at least three hours prior to said meeting as required by law, as per receipt on the bottom of each letter on file in the Clerk's office. It was moved by Councilman Snyder and seconded by Councilman Wright that Mr. Paul M. Kerr be relieved of his duty as Court Clerk of the City Court. Roll Call: byes: Councilmen Snyder, Wright, Childs, Daet~Neiler and Davies. Noes : RTOne. At this time Councilman Childs requested that he be excused as he was ill, which request was granted. A recess was declared by the Mayor and after the elapse of an hour's time, the Mayor again called the meeting to order and upon roll call showed the following present: Councilmen ilnyder, ".'Y~i~ht, naetweiler and Davies. Councilman ~Y±ilds eras ahsent. It was moved by Councilman `~nydPr and seconded by Councilman tiUri~;ht that t~!e meeting; adjourn to Marcr 2'~th, 1934, at 7:3C? P.
