1. Regular Meeting: Roll Call
2. Approval of Agenda:
Toni moved to approve the agenda and Craig seconded the motion to approve the agenda. Motion
carried 5-0.
3. Consent Agenda:
a) Minutes- April 23, 2019
Toni moved, and Shelly seconded the motion to approve the consent agenda. Motion carried 5-0.
4. Discussion:
a) Dan Lubar from Slopeside internet came to discuss the “Meet me Center”
b) Town of Fraser Brand
1. EDAC approved project to move forward and importance of a strong Fraser brand
2. There will be weekly “workshops” with EDAC to move the branding process forward in a timely
fashion.
5. Adjourn:
Toni moved, and Rochelle seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion carried: 5-0.
