City Hall, 11331 Plaza Street, on above date, at 7:30 p. M. for the purpose of canvassing the vote cast at the Special Municipal Election held on March 29th, T935, all as required by law. Mayor Boster in the chair. Councilmen Lake, Meyer, Snyder and Boster answered the roll call. Councilman Daetweiler was absent. It was moved by Councilman Snyder and seconded by Councilman Meyer that the minutes of the previous regular meeting of March 19th, 1935 be approved as written. All members of the Colzncil vresent vot- inf,y~he Niayor declared the motion carried and it was so ordered. Niayor Boster appointed Councilmen Snyder and Meyer to act as Tellers. Whereupon the Council proceeded to canvass the votes. The Tellers reported that tY~e number of votes cast in the var- ious consolidated voting precincts was as set forth in -the Resolution to be adopted by the City Council, and as reported by the election of- ficers, and that the propositions voted upon for and against the recall, and on the question of filling the vacancy or vacancies in the event the recall prevailed, are as follows: The total number of votes cast in said City at said election were 2014. It was moved by Councilman Meyer and seconded by Councilman Snyder that said Resolution No. 938 be adopted. Roll Call: Ayes: Councilmen Lake, Meyer, Snyder and Boster. Noes: None. Absent: Councilman Daetweiler. It was moved by Councilman Lake Ord seconded by Councilman Meyer that th~ meeting adjourn to April 2nd, 1935, at 7:30 P. M.
