The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in an adjourn-
ed regular session, at the City Hall, 11331 Plaza Street, on above
date at 2 O~clock P. ~.
Mayor Boater in the chair.
Councilmen Meyer, Daetwe-ilex and Buster answered the roll
call.
Councilmen Lake, and Snyder were absent.
Daetweiieilt was moved by Councilman Meyer and seconded by Council-
max~/ that the minutes of the previous adjourned regular meeting of
August 2znci, 1933 be approved as written. All members of the Council
present voting aye, the Mayor declared the motion duly carried.
ORDINANCE N0. 260, entitled: " AN ORDINANCE aF THE CITY
OF LYN~IOOD FIXING THH RATES OF TAXES ANL LEVYING TAXES FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR BEGINNING JULYlst, 1935 AND ENDING JUNE 30TH, 1936," was read
for the second time. It was moved by Councilman Daetweiler and second-
ed by Councilman Meyer that same be adopted~ss 7ea~d the second time,
finally pass and be published as required by law.
ROLL CALL:
Ayes: Councilmen: Meyer, Daetweiler and Buster.
Noes: None.
Absent; Councilmen Lake and Snyder.
It was moved by Councilman :Daetweiler and seconded by Council-
man Meyer that the meeting adjourn to September 3rd, 1935, at 7:30
P. M. All members of the Council present voting aye, the Mayoar de-
clared the motion duly carried and it was so ordered.
