RESOLUTION NO. 2020-01-04
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE FOR A WASTEWATER
COLLECTION SYSTEM MASTER PLAN
WHEREAS, the 2020 Budget provides for certain water system projects.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
FRASER, COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town Board of Fraser, Colorado hereby authorizes the attached expenditures for
the Wastewater Collection System Master Plan and authorizing the Town Manager
to execute the Contract with Merrick and Company.
READ, PASSED ON ROLL CALL VOTE, AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES THIS
8'h DAY OF January 2020.
