Please remove it immediately. Sec. 6 -080. Design standards. (J) Banners. (1) A banner may be allowed on a temporary basis for a maximum of 90 days per calendar year upon obtaining a special banner permit. A permit shall be for a 30 -day period. An applicant, at the time of making an application, shall select one of the following options per calendar year: a. Banner displayed 30 days; banner removed 60 days. b. Banner displayed 30 days; banner removed 30 days. c. Banner displayed concurrently, without removal, not exceeding 90 consecutive days. They are brick paving which is only slightly more porous than asphalt pavement. If the wooden walkway remains, it will continue to dam up and retain stormwater runoff in this area. However, I understand that the church is proposing to replace the wooden walkway. If the design eliminates this damming feature of the existing walkway the result will most probably be increased runoff. Such increased runoff would need to be managed in accordance with City Ordinances. Considering the ponding to the northeast at the rear of the house in the SE corner of Jones and 8th, increased runoff should not be allowed.
