CALL TO ORDER
The Council Work Session of November 4, 2002, was convened at 5:45 p.m. by Mayor Tom
Rackers.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Angle, Ferguson, Groner, Klindt, Olsen, Smith, Viessman, Vincent,
and Weber
Absent: Vogel
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
A discussion was held regarding items on the November 4, 2002 City Council Agenda, as
follows:
Councilman Larry Vincent stated he had distributed a letter pertaining to Bill 2002 -94 on
the Council Members' desks in the Council Chambers.
Councilman Richard Groner asked questions about how annexation elections in February
and April might be affected by the turnout for Mayoral election.
Councilman David E. Smith will remove Bill 2002 -84 from the Informal Calendar for final
passage.
Councilman Richard Groner will remove Bill 2002 -92 from the Informal Calendar for final
passage.
Questions were asked about the Cosmopolitan Club property issue. City Counselor Allen
Garner explained different ways the Council can handle it when it comes before them for
a vote.
No actions were taken as the meeting was a Work Session only.
The Work Session ended at 5:56 PM.
