~:ra,.nted any tree License Collector be authorized to issue license there
for. All members ~~f the Council present voting aye, the Mayor declare
the ~~sotion carried.

City Treasurer Reed ad~:'ressed the Council on the matter of
rental o~ calculating rnachi_ne for use in bond c.^.lculatidns.
