The Board of Trustees of the Village of McCall, Valley
County, Idaho, met in regular public session at the regular
meeting place of the Board in the Village Hall in the Village
of McCall, at 8 ::00 o 'clock P.M. on Monday, September 9.,- 1963,,
The roll was called by Trustee Blair and
the f ollowing. found to be present:

Arthur M. Roberts, Chairman ,
William A. Kirk, Village Clerk
After the .roll had been called with the above result,
upon motion duly made, seconded and carried unanimously Bob, H..
Fogg was appointed acting chairman and Trustee Blair
was appointed acting clerk' for the purpose of this meeting.
After the minutes of the preceding meeting had been read
and approved the acting chairman of the Board of Trustees
announced that one of the .purposes of the meeting was to amend
Ordinance No. 234 of the Village adopted on August 9, 1963, so
as 't•o , cor•rect , a typographical error appearing•.in the ordinance..

The following ordinance was thereupon introduced in
written form by Fortin and was read by title. Trustee
Mason moved that the rule requiring the reading of
I� the ordinance three different days be dispensed with and the
motion was adopted by the following vote:

The ordinance was thereupon again read by title and was
read. in full, after which, pursuant to motion made by Fortin
and seconded by Mason , the ordinance was adopted by
the following vote:

ORDINANCE NUMBER 236
AN ORDINANCE. amending Section 1 of
Ordinance Number 234 entitled
"An Ordinance authorizing the issuance
of $70,000 Water Bonds. of the Village
of McCall, confirming the sale of
said bonds, and providing for the
payment thereof. "
WHEREAS on August 9, 1963 Ordinance Number 234 was duly
adopted by the Board of Trustees authorizing the issuance and
confirming the sale of $70,000 Water Bonds of the Village of
McCall; and
WHEREAS it has been called to the attention of the
board that there appeared in Section 1 of said Ordinance Number
234 a typographical error with respect to the interest bonds
numbered 13 to 15, inclusive, maturing on September 1, 1969
should bear; and
WHEREAS it is now desired to amend Section 1 of said
Ordinance Number 234 to correct said typographical error and to
direct the publication of this amendatory ordinance;
NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Ordained by the Chairman and Board
of Trustees of the Village of McCall, Valley County, Idaho, as
follows:
Section 1 . That Section 1 of Ordinance Number 234
described in the preamble hereto is hereby amended to read
as follows:
Section 1 . That for the purpose for which they were
voted,.:-and which is more particularly stated in the preamble
hereto, there be issued the negotiable Water Bonds of the
Village of McCall in the principal amount of $70,000. Said
bonds shall be dated September 1, 1963, shall be in the

denomination of $1,000, shall be numbered 1 to 70, inclusive,
shall bear interest from date until paid, payable March 1,
1964 and semi-annually thereafter on the--first days of March
and September in each year, shall be payable as to both
principal and interest in lawful money of the United States
of America at The Idaho First National Bank, McCall, Idaho,
and shall fall due serially in numerical order on September 1
of each year and shall bear interest as follows:

Section 2. That all ordinances or parts thereof in
conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby
repealed, and that this ordinance shall be published in one issue
of the Payette Lakes Star, the official newspaper of said village,
and shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon its
passage, approval and publication.

of the Board of Trustees of the Village of McCall, Idaho, held on
September 9 , 1963, and of an ordinance adopted at said
meeting, as said minutes and ordinances are officially of record
in my possession.
