CALL TO ORDER
The Council Work Session of December 2, 2002, was convened at 5:45 p.m. by Mayor Tom
Rackers.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Angle, Ferguson, Groner, Klindt, Olsen, Smith, Viessman, Vincent,
Vogel, and Weber
Absent: None
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Bills Introduced:
2002 -116 — needs a typo corrected to change the sponsor's names to Vogel and Smith.
Bills Pending:
2002 -107 — Finance Director Steve Schlueter distributed revised Exhibit B with correct
amounts.
Unfinished Business:
Letter from Bruce Cohn regarding W. McCarty Street Development— Councilman Richard
Groner stated he thinks a group of local entrepreneurs should be appointed to look at this
issue and make a report to the Council. He suggested Dick Otke, Darrel Gordon, Larry
Kolb, and Rich Samson.
CVB Contract — Councilman Richard Groner distributed some amendments in addition to
those distributed by City Counselor Allen Garner that he plans to propose in the meeting.
No officials actions were taken as this was a work session only.
The Work Session ended at 6:00 P.M.
