ORDINANCE NO . 450
AN ORDINANCE RELATED TO THE McCALL MUNICIPAL AIRPORT :
AMENDING CHAPTER 12 OF TITLE I OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF
McCALL, IDAHO, BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW SECTION 1-12-9 ,
PROVIDING FOR LANDING FEES FOR COMMERCIAL AIRCRAFT LAND-
ING AT THE McCALL MUNICIPAL AIRPORT; ESTABLISHING SUCH
FEES; PROVIDING THAT THE AIRPORT MANAGER SHALL COLLECT
SUCH FEES; PROVIDING FOR THE DISPOSITION OF SUCH FEES;
PROVIDING AN EXCEPTION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. That Chapter 12 of Title I of the Village
Code of McCall, Idaho, be, and the same is hereby amended by
the addition of a new Section to be known and designated as
Section 1-12-9 , and to read as follows :
1-12-9 : A. There is hereby imposed on all owners and
operators of Commercial aircraft landing at the McCall Muni-
cipal Airport , landing fees as follows :
$ . 35 per thousand pounds gross weight of each aircraft ,
with a minimum fee of $2 . 50 per aircraft per landing.
B. The Airport Manager shall collect such landing fees
and remit them each week to the City Clerk who shall credit
such fees to the airport fund.
C . This ordinance shall not apply to fixed base operators
at the McCall Municipal Airport .
D. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the 15th day of August , 1982 .
