8-4-2 OF- THE VILLAGE CODE OF McCALL, _IDAHO, BY THE
ADDITION OF A NEW SUBSECTION THERETO IMPOSING MONTHLY

THE. CAPITAL - IMPROVEMENTS FUND OF THE CITY OF McCALL
ESTABLISHED ,BY .SECTION 8-4-8 OF THE .VI. LLAGE CODE OF
McCALL ' IDAHO;. AMENDING SECTION_ 9 . -8*' -'OF -THE VILLAGE
CODE OF McCALL, IDAHO, TO PROVIDE THAT THE MONTHLY -
SURCHARGE FEE PAYABLE BY .-ALL SEWER 'USERS SHALL BE'
DEPOSITED` IN-THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND 'ESTABLISHED.'-
BY SAID SECTION; AND PROVIDING,AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE .IT ORDAINED BY ..THE MAYOR AND -COUNCIL OF THE.
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 That Section 8-4=2 of the'. Village Code .,-of,
McCall-, , Idaho-,. be, and, the -same_ is-.hereby amended to read
as .follows
8-4-2:, SEWER .CHARGES: The City of McCall shall charge
-and the user shall pay. -monthly for sewer service the following--
rates, to=wit:
1. For each- Class A use,- seven .dollars .:($7 . 00). .per
month;
2. , For each .Class B -use, seven dollars- -($7 . 00) per
month or si_ xty- percent• (6 0 0).- of -the charges, for-
City water `service service, whichever is greater;
3. For- each Class A .and B users, five dollars
($5. 00) per -month -surcharge fee to be deposited
into the . Capital Improvements Fund establi"shed
under the provisions of Section 8-4-8 .of the.
Village .Code of McCall';- Idaho. .
Section 2. That .Section 8-4-8 'of the Village Code of .
McCall, Idaho, be, and the same is hereby amended to read as
follows
8-4-8; CAPITAL."IMPROVEMENTS FUND: - There is hereby
established and created. a ".Capital ,Imp,rovements Fund" for
the receipt,. .deposit and accounting of all moneys collected,
and raised from the .levy .o.r collection -of",sewer*. connection
and/or treatment plant charges and sewer user surcharge
fees collected pursuant to" the 'provisions of Section 8-4-2. (3)
of, the Village Code: of McCall, Idaho, with which to _erect.,
construct, reconstruct, rebuild, rehabilitate, ' enl.arge or
rriaintain . sewer lines or sewer treatment. facilities or structures
for the City. The moneys deposited ..ih said Fund shall be kept-.
separate' and. apart from all other .moneys. of said City and shall
beheld -in trust, dedicated to the specific purpose for which
the..Cap-ital Improvements Fund is hereby created and established.
The Treasurer of the : City may, as :directed. and empowered by
Resolution adopted and approved by ,the . Council and Mayor,
invest the moneys of the Fund -in the securities authorized
by law, but no portion ' of the Fund may be transferred. to
to credit of dny other* general '.or. special. fund: or, used :for
any other public purpose.
-Section 3 .- This ordinance shall, be in full force and
effect from -and after19,82 .
