HomeMy Public PortalAboutOrd. 442 - Exchanging of Certain Property - ORDINANCE NO. ✓ �� AN ORDINANCE EXPRESSING THE INTENTION OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, TO E=CHANGE CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR OTHER REAL PROPERTY OF LIKE VALUE AND CHARACTER IN THE SAME GENERAL AREA; DECLARING THAT SUCH REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY IS NOT USED FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES; DESCRIBING SAID REAL PROPERTY; SETTING A TIME AND PLACE FOR SUCH EXCHANGE; CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON SUCH PROPOSED EXCHANGE; ESTABLISHING THE TIME AND PLACE OF SUCH HEARING; AND INVITING ALL INTERESTED PERSONS TO ATTEND AND BE HEARD THEREAT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS : Section 1. The City Council of the City of McCall, Idaho, intends to exchange certain real property herein- after described and owned by the City for real property of like value and character and in the same general area, which real property is not- now used for public purposes and. which real property owned .by the city is more par- ticularly described as follows,. to-wit: Parcel #1. . The Southerly 203'. 0 . feet of the N-2 of the NW4 of the NE4 of { ¢' the SM-4, Section 17, Township 18 North, Range 3 East, B.M. in Valleyouny, Idaho,CtIdhbeing described by a line parallel . ..s_,,. with the Southerly boundary of. said parcel.; containing 3. 12 acres, more or less. Parcel #2 : A parcel of land situate in. the Ez of the SW4 of the NW'-4, Section 17, Township 18 North, Range 3 East,. B.M. , in Valley County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows : Commencing at the Southwest corner of the SE4 of the SWh of the NW4, Section 17, Township 18 North, Range 3 East, B.M. in Val-ley County, Idaho, the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 0°10' 29" West, 640. 80 feet along the Westerly line of said SEGSW4NW4; thence South 17°46 ' 45" East, 155 . 40 feet along an existing barbed wire fence; thence South 26°01' 00" East, 545. 5 feet along said fence to the Southerly line of said SE4SW4NW4; thence South 89°28 ' 27" West, 284. 80 feet to the point of beginning; containing 1. 96 acres, more or less .
