AN ORDINANCE TERMED "THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION
BILL" , APPROPRIATING SUCH SUMS OF MONEY AS ARE
DEEMED NECESSARY TO DEFRAY ALL NECESSARY EXPENSES
AND LIABILITIES OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO,
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1954-1955, AND FIXING THE TAX
LEVY FOR THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO, FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 1954-1955.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated to defray
all necessary expenses of the Village of McCall, Valley County,
Idaho, for the fiscal year commencing May, l, 1954, and ending
April 30, 1955, the sum of $55, 750.00, which said sum shall be
appropriated to the several funds of said Village as follows,
to-wit:
General Fund 536,35D.00
Special Funds
Street Lights 2,000.00
Library 3,100.00
Airport 5,500.00
Street Sprinkling 2,000.00
Fire Department 1,100.00
Bond Retirement 1, 700.00
Street Oiling 4,000.00
Total $55, 750.00
Section 2. Pursuant to said appropriation contained
in Section 1 hereof, the following tax is hereby levied on each
dollar of taxable property in the Village of McCall, Idaho, for
the year 1954, to-wit:
General Fund 20 mills
Special Funds
Street Lights 2 mills
Library 3 mills
Airport 3 mills
Street Sprinkling 2 mills
Fire Department 1 mills
Bond Retirement 2 mills
Street Oiling 4 mills
Total 37 mills
Section 3. The Chairman and Clerk of this Board are
hereby ordered and directed to certify the above levies to the
Tax Collector and the Auditor of Valley County, Idaho, the same
to be placed by the Tax Collector upon the proper tax lists to
be collected in the manner provided by law for the collection of
State and County taxes in Valley County, Idaho()
