An ordinance authorizing the issuance of the Sewer Revenue Bonds of the
Village of McCall , dated April 1 , 1955 , in the aggregate principal amount
of $60 , 000 , payacle solely from the rates and charges for the use of and
the the service rendered by the municipal sewer system, for the purpose
of providing funds to defray the cost of extending said sewer system;
providing the form , terms and conditions of such bonds , and the manner
and terms of their issuance and the - manner of the execution thereof ;
providing for the disposition of the revenues derived from said sewer system;
and providing for the effective date of this ordinance .

passed and approved the 7th day of February 1955 and all other ordinances
in conflict herewith; and providing for the effective date of this ordinance .

providing for the disposition of the revenues derived front said sewer system ;
repealing ordinance No . 183 , passed and approved the 7th day of February
1955 , and all other ordinances in donfliet herewith : and providing for the
effective date of this ordinance .

day of May 1955 , as amended by ordinance No . 185 passed and prroved the
10th day of May , 1955 .
ORDINANCE NO . 187
An ordinance relating to and regulating the use of the Sewer System of
the Village of McCall ; establishing the classes of uses of said Steer
System; fixing rates for the sale of sewer service from said system;
fixing a regular day for the rendering of bills for said sewer service
providing that payment for said sewer service shall be mad , to the Village
Clerk and defining his duties with reference to such payments .

1173 , 500 for the puOteese of providing fuR' ds to defray the cost of establishing
and maintaining a municipal hospital in said Village .

Bonds , Series June 1 , 1955" , providing for the interest said bonds shall
bear ; and providing the effective date of this ordinance .
