SEWER SYSTEM OF THE VILLAGE OF MaCALL; 'EF''ABLI SHING THE

SALE OF SAID SEWER SERVICE FROM SAID SYSTEM; FIXING A REGU-
LAR DAY FOR THE Ri. TD :ffilrvG OF BILLS FOR SAID SEWER SERVICE;
PROVIDING THAT PAYMENT FOR SAID SEWER SERVICE SHALL BC AADE
TO THE VILLAGE CLERK AND DEFINING HIS DUTIES W ITh REFERENCE
TO SUCH PAYMENTS.
BE IT ORDAIKLD CHAIRI',hN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO:
SECTION 1. That all uses of the sewer system of
the Village of-McCall, Idaho, are Aerobe classified as
follows:
Class A. Private residences, private barns,
private gara, es, offices, newspapers, plug bing shops, dru-
stores, lodges, churches, barber and beauty shops, and
novelty shops.
Class T • Theatres, clubs, cafes, :eotels and
service stations.
Class C . Hotels , saw ills, and Hospitals.
Class D. + rocery stores, departments stores and
bakeries.
Class E. All other places and uses not specified
in any of the foregoing classifications.
SL.CT I ON 2. That said Village shall charges and
the users shall pay monthly, in advance, fur said sewer
service, the followine rates, to-wit:
For each Class A use, the au.. of $ per eiontn;
For each Class B use, the sum of $ per month;
For each Class C use, the sun of $ per :::onth;
For each Class D Use, the sum of 4 per month;
For each Class L use, the sum. of per month.
SECTION ). . That when any one user uses said sewer
system fur two or more of the uses de:::cribed and classified
in section 1 above in the same occupancy, he shall pay for
said. sewer service at the rate specified in eecti_on 2 hereof,
for one of said uses tot ether with one-half of the psecified
rate for eacn additional use, provided, that in the event one
use is higher than the other use or uses, he shall pay for
the use having the higher rate per month together with one
half of the specified rate for each additional use.
,4,C i'ION }. . The word occupancy as used in this ord-
inance shall mean the part or parts of a building or of adjoin-
ing and connections buildings used bQ one person or family as
a residence or be one person, firm or corporation for carrying
on one b: siness or trade.
x,CTION . The full schedule rate must be paid for
the use in eac . occupancy, and where there are ore than one
occupancy in the same building, each occupant,' and user shall
pay thy, full schedule rate.
