AN ORDI yANCE TERMED "THE AIINUAL APPROPRIATION
BILL" , APPROPRIATING SUCH SUMS OF MONEY AS ARE
DEEMED NECESSARY TO DEFRAY ALL NECESSARY EXPF:I,SES
AND LIABILITIES OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO,
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1955-1956, AND NIXING THE TAX
LEVY FOR THE VILL_nGE Or' McCALL, IDAHO, FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 1955-1956.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated to defray
all necessary expenses of the Village of McCall, Valley County,
Idaho, for the fiscal year commencing May 1, 1955, and ending
April 30, 1956, the sum of . '7 Y - G r , which said sum shall be
appropriated to the several finds of said Village as follows,
to-wit:

Section 2. Pursuant to such appropriation, there
is hereb; levied on all property within the li 'its of the Village
of McCall, Valley County, Idaho, taxable according to the laws
of the State of Idaho, for said villae for the fiscal year
commencing on the 1st day of May, 1955, and ending on the 30th
day of April, 1956, general and special taxes in the several
amounts and at the several rates in mills on each dollar of
the valuation thereof as shown by the books and assesam.ent rolls
of Valley County, Idaho, for the year 1955, hereinafter set
