OF THE VILLAGE OF MCC.ALL, IDAHOi
Section 1. That Section 1, ordinance No. 195 of the Village of
McCall be, and the salte hereby is, amended to read
as follows, to-wit:
"That all users of the sewer system of the V lla e of
'.iCall, Idaho, are hereby classified in one general
cPtegary, except fur those users who are not also
users of eater from the aunicipal water system as
hereinafter set forth in Section 2, and each of such
i sers shall pay for set.+ _C from said sewer a-; tern
the rates hereinafter set forth."
• Section 2. That Section 2, ordinance No. 195 of the Village of
McCall be, and the same hereby is, amended to read
as follows, to-wit:
"Each of said users of sari sewer shall pay fca' suc:

sixty (60) per lent of the water rates pa A, ear
obligated to be paid, for water used on the .remises
for wi::ich said sewer service is furnished for the

Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
