poles , underground conduits , brackets , wires or other appurtenances
used in conn,_:ction therewith; and such corporation, its successors
and assigns , are hereby authorized and, empowered to trim at their
own expense the tr Js extenainF, into any street , alley or public
;rounds , to prevent the limbs or branches from interfering with
such telephone and telegraph wires .
Section )4. That the Gem State Telephone Company shall
within twenty ( 20) days after the Passage , approval and
r-uuhlication of this ordinance as provided by law, file a
written acceptance of this ordinance with the Villa7e Clerk
of the rights and privilemes granted hereunder shall cease ,
forfeit and be lost to it .
Section 5. That this ordinance shall be fun force
and effect for a period of fifty (50 ) years from and after
approval and publication as provided by law,

ordinance and franchise , and hereby expressly waives any
and all objections to the reasonableness or legality of
any of the provisions of the same or any part thereof, or
as to the let11 right or authority of the Villae to impose
the sane.
