ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER OF BLOCK A OF TIE BRUNDAGE
SUBDIVISION OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO, TO SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 4.21-B
OF VALLEY COUNTY, IDAHO, IN CONFORMANCE WITH SECTION So-1001 CHAPIT1t 10,
IDAHO, CODES ANNOTATED, AND FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING LAND FOR SCHOOL
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, STATE
OF IDAHO:
Section 1 That Block A of the Brundage Subdivision of the Village
of McCall, Idaho, shall be transferred to School District No. 421-B,
Valley County, Idaho, for the purpose of providing land for school purposes
as it was intended it be used by the grantor of said land to the Village.

AND STREET PURPOSES FOR THE VILLAGE AND PROVIDING FOR
ACCEPTANCE OF THE S . BY THE VILLAGE AND PROVIDING FOR

Be It Ordained by the Board of Trustees of the Village of McC , ;
Section 1 . The dedication , grant and easement of certain
eels of land for highway, road and street purposes is hereby
recognized and accepted as hereinafter provided .
Section 2. The dedication , grant and ease nt of the Union
Pacific Railroad Company, a corporation , to the Village of McCall
of the hereinafter described tract of land is hereby accepted :
A strip of its right-of-way feet wide on
each side of a center line described as follows :
Section 3 . This dedication, grant and easement is to be

right-of-way and is hereby accepted and confirmed .
Passed by imous vote of the members of the Board of Trustees
