OR ICE WHEN SAID OWNER, OCCUPANT OR TENANT SHALL FAIL TO
DO SO WITHIN SAID TIME AND THEREAFTER ASSESS THE COST
THEREOF AGAINST THE PREMISES ABUTTING THE SIDEWALKS.
Be it ordained by the Board of Trustees of the Village of McCall ,
Idaho:
Sectionl. The owners tenants or-occupants- of_ lands_abutting
on Third-Street in the- Tillage-of-McCall between--the- intersect-io ---
of -Third- Street and P ark- Street- and the- intersection of-Third
Street and Lake Street, and-the lands abutting Lake Street between
the intersection of Lake t.Street and Third Street and Lake Street
and First Streeet, shall hereafter remove all snow, rubbish or ice
from any sidewalk abutting on said lands within twenty-four hours
after the occut1ence of said condition.
Section 2. In the event of failure of such owner, tenant
or occupant to remove this snow, rubbish or ice from any such
sidewalk within 24 hours the occu4nce nfsuch -condition, then,
the village-may remove-or havehave -removed-such--snow,-rubbish-and-ice
-and--assess the cost thereof--against the premises abutting the--side-
walks. In such event-theGlerk of theBoard ofTrustees shall
certify such assessment to the Assessor of Valley County and such
assessment shallbe placed on the Assessment Roll and collected in
the same manner as other municipal taxes are collected.
