AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LANDS TO THE VILLAGE OF MCCALL
VALLEY COUNTY, IDAHO LYING CONTIGUOUS TO THE PRESENT LIMITS
OF SAID VILLAGE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF McCALL VALLEY COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. The following described lands adjoining or
touching the limits of the Village of McCall , being land which
has been laid off into lots or blocks containing not more than
5 acres of land each, all of which land is located in the County
of Valley, State of Idaho, is hereby added to, taken into and
made a part of the Village of McCall , Valley County, Idaho.
Beginning at a point which lies South 0° 03'
East, 480.0 feet from the intersection of the
South boundary of Mather Road and the West
boundary of the County Road in Section 8 ,
Township 18 North Range 3 East of Boise
Meridian:: thence South 89° 57' West to the
East bank of the Payette River thence in
a northerly direction along the east bank
of said river to a under corner stone
which lies North 89° 16' West 758 .0 feet
from the Southeast corner of Section 8
Township 18 North Range 3 East of Boise
Meridian thence North 48° A' West 1 5.1
feet to the South boundary of Mather Road
thence in an easterly direction along the
South boundary of Father Road to the point
of beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be enforce
from and after its publication in the official Village News-
paper and the filing a certified copy thereof with the County
Recorder of Valley County.
