ADOPTION OF WILDING CODE: There is hereby adopted for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the construction, alteration, removal, demolition, equipment, use and occupancy, location and maintenance of buildings and structures, including permits and penalties, that certain building code known as the Uniform Building Code, copyrighted by the Pacific Coast Building Officials Conference, being particularly the 1955 Edition thereof, and the whole thereof, of which not less Coin three (3) copies have been and now area filed in the office of the Clerk and the s me are hereby ado: teed and incorporated as fully as if set out at Length herein, and from the date on which this Ordinance shall take effect, the provisions thereof shall be crMontrollirl in the construction of all buildings and other structures. Section 2. The .reference shall be made to the section numbers of the adopted code as the section numbers of this Ordinance. Section 3. PENALTY: Any person who shalt violate any provision of this Ordinance shall be deemed guZity of a misdemeanor and on conviction thereof shalt be punished by a fine not to exceed one. hundred dollars ($ioO.00) or by imprisonment in the Municipal Jail for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Be It Ordained By The Chairman And Board Of Trustees Of The Village Of McCall, Idaho Section 1. Be It Ordained By The Chairman And Board Of Trustees Of The Village Of McCall, Idaho i i Section 1. ADOPTION OF BUILDING CODE: There is hereby adopted for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the construction, alteration, removal, demolition, equipment, use and occupancy, location and maintenance of buildings and structures, including permits and penalties, that certain building code known as the Uniform Building Code, copyrighted by the Pacific Coast Building Officials Conference, being particularly the 1955 Edition thereof, and the whole thereof, of which not less than three (3) copies have been and now are filed in the office of the Clerk and the same are hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein, and from the date on which this Ordinance shall take effect, the provisions thereof shall be controlling in the construction of all buildings and other structures. Section 2. The reference shall be made to the section numbers of the adopted code as the section numbers of this A ••.cep-� ®'° Section 3. PENALT'": Any person who shatl violate any provision of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty df a misdemeanor and on conviction thereof hall be punished,;by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($90.00) or by imprisonment in the Municipal Jail for a period not to exceed thirty (30), days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
