OF SAID VILLAGE. • BE IT ORDAINED /iY THE CHAIRMAN AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, VALLEX COUNTY, IDAHO: Section 1. The following described lands adjoining or touching the limits of the Village of McCall , being land which has been laid off into lots or blocks containing not more than 5 acres of land each, all, of which land is located in the County of Valley, State of Idaho, is hereby added to, taken into and made a part of the Village of McCall , Valley County, Idaho. Beginning at the Northeast corner of Section 9, Towhship 13 North, Range 3 East of the Boise Meridian; thence West on the North boundary of said Section line a distance of 1173. 16 feet TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. Thence South 0° 34' East 921.61 feet; thence South 39° 17 ' West 150 feet; thence North 0° 33 West 921.61 feet; thence East along the North line of said Section 9, 150 feet TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. This land is platted on Block 2 and 4 of the Thompson-Wooley Addition to the Village of McCall , Idaho, including streets and alleys . Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be enforce from and after its publication in the official Village News- paper and the filino of a certified copy thereof with the County Recorder of Valley County.
