CALL TO ORDER
The Council Work Session of February 17, 2003, was convened at 5:45 p.m. by President
Pro Tempore Edith Vogel in the absence of Mayor Tom Rackers.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Angle, Ferguson, Groner, Klindt, Olsen, Smith, Viessman, Vincent,
and Vogel
Absent: Weber *
*Councilman Bob Weber arrived at 5:50 after meeting adjourned.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
The following categories had items were brought up for discussion:
Consent Agenda:
Councilman David E. Smith stated he will be asking questions about item (b), minutes of
the City Council Workshop with Lincoln University about JCTV.
Informal Calendar:
Councilman Larry Vincent plans to withdraw Bill 2002 -141 at this time. He stated that the
City and County have been working on issues and feels that both are satisfied that a
workable agreement can be reached.
Resolutions:
Councilman Clyde Angle requested that Resolution RS2002 -30 be taken up before
RS2002 -29.
No officials actions were taken as this was a work session only.
