AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LANDS TO THE.
VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO: DESCRIBING SAID
LANDS: ANT) PROVIDING FOR THE FILING OP A
DULY CERTIFIED COFY OP MIS ORDINANCE WITH
THE RECORDER OF VALLEY COUNTY, IDAHO: AND
PROVIDING POR THE TAXATION OF SAID LANDS.
BE IT ORDAINED FY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OP TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO:
Section 1. That there is hereby annexed to and declared to be
a part of the Village of McCall, Idaho, that certain real property
described as follows, to-wit:
The North half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter (Ni SW SW*) , the North half of the Southeast
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (Ni SEi SW , and the
Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the South-
west Quarter (2,Ei SE4 3Wi) , all in Section Three (3) ,
Township 18 North, Range 3 East, Boise Meridian, and
the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW NWit) ,
Section Ten (10), Township 16 North, Range 3 East, Boise
Meridian, all in Valley County, Idaho.
Section 2. It shall be the duty of the Clerk of the Village
of McCall, upon the taking of effect of this ordinance, to file
with the County Recorder of Valley County a copy of this ordinance
duly certified as to the correctness thereof, under the corporate
seal of the Village of McCall.
Section 3. That from the date of the passage of this ordinance
all the property within the annexed territory, and the inhabitants
thereof, shall be subject to taxation as other property and persons
within the corporate limits of the Village of McCall.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and affect
from and after its passage, approval and publication.
