AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER I OF TITLE 5 OF THE
VILLAGE OF McCALL CODE OF 1949„ RELATING TU NUISANCES,
BY ADDING TWO NEW SECTIONS THERETO IMIVEDIATELY FOL-
LOWING SECTION 5-105, . TO BE KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS
SECTION 5-1.05-A AND SECTION 5-105-B, RESPECTWEW,
DEFINING UNLAWFUL PRACTICES IN TRANSPORTATION OF
TRASH, GARBAGE AND ()THEE REFUSE AND DEFINING THE TYPE
OF RECEPTICAL:t FOR TRANSPORTATION OF TRASH, GARBAGE
AND OTHER REFUSE AND DEFINING UNLAWFUL PRACTICES IN'
THE USE OF OPEN OR UNCOVERED GARBAGE CONTAINERS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO:
Section 1. That Chapter I of Title 5 of the Village
of McCall Coca of 1949, be, and the same is hereby amended by
adding a new section thereto immediately following section 5..105,
to be known and designated as section 5-105-A, to read as follows:
5-105-A Additional. Unlawful Practices-Transportation of Trash,
Garbage and Refuse.
No 43001 person shall transport trash, garbage or
refuse of any kind over the public streets of the Village of
McCall in violation of the following conditions:
(1) No person shall cause or permit any vehicle
used for such transportation of trash, garbage or refuse of
any kind to be so loaded, or to be of such construction or
condition, so as to permit any of such trash, garbage or refuse
of any kind to drop or fall upon or in any street or public way;
(2) All vehicles used for such purpose shall be
provided with a suitable cover securely fastened so as to re.
tain dust and prevent the scattering or dropping of such
trash, garbage or refuse of any kind in or upon the public
streets or public ways.
Section 2. That Chapter I of Title 5 of the Village
of McCall Code, of 1949, be, and the same is hereby further
amended by adding a new section thereto immediately following
section 5-105-A, to be known and designated as section 5-105.B,
to read as follows:
5-105-B Additional. Unlawful Practices-Use of Open or Uncovered
Garbage Containers.
It shall be unlawful for any person to own or use
any container for the collection, storage or keeping of garbage
that does not have a dog-tight cover thereon.mildr4s-
