AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LANDS TO THE
VILLAGE OF McCALL, IWO: DESCRIBING SAIL)
LANDS: AND PROVIDING FOR THE FILING OF A
DULY CERTIFIED COPY OF THIS ORDINANCE WITH
THE RECORDER OF VALLEY COUNTY, IDAHO: AND
PROVIDING FOR THE TAXATION OF SAIL) LANDS.
BE IT ORDAINED a. THE. CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VI .iGE OF McCALL, IDAHO:
Section 1, That there is hereby annexed to and declared to be
a il .rt of the Village of McCall, Idaho, that certain real property
des ribed as follows, to...wit:
A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter (SWi NWe) of Section Ten (10) , Township 18, North
Range 3, East Boise Meridian in Valley County, Idaho, more
particularly described a s follows :
Starting at the Northwest corner of said subdivision, the
real place of beginning; thence East along the North boun-
dary a distance of 150 feet; thence South parallel to the
West boundary of said sibdivision a distance of 300 feet;
thence. West a distance of 150 feet to the West boundary of
aforesaid subdivision; thence North a distance of 300 feet
to the point of beginning.
Section 2. It shall be the duty of the Clerk of the Village
of cCall, upon the taking of effect of this; ordinance, to file
wit, the County Recorder of T,11ey County a copy of this ordinance
dul certified as to the correctness thereof, under the corporate
sea of the Village of McCall.
Section 3. That from the date of the passage of this ordinance
all the property within the annexed territory, and the inhabitants

the, eof, shall be subject to taxation as other property and persons
wit in the corporate limits of the Village of McCall.
Section h . This ordinance shall be in full force end affect
fro , and after its passage, approval and publication.

West boundary of said subdivision a distance of 300 feet;,
thence West a distance of 150 feet to the West boundary of
aforesaid subdivision; thence North a distance of 300 feet
