ORDINANCE NO. �35
AN ORDINANCE MAKING IT UNLAWFUL TO IGNITE, BURN, SET FIRE
• TO OR CAUSE TO BURN ANY MATERIALS ON THE VILLAGE DUMP GROUND AND
PROVIDING A PENALTY THEREFOR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO::
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to
ignite, burn, set fire to or cause to burn any trash,
waste, refuse or material of any kind on the pre-
mises designated and operated by the Village of
McCall as a village dump ground.
Section 2. Any person 'or persons violating this ordinance
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon con-
viction thereof shall be fined in a sum not ex-
ceeding 8100.00 or sentenced to thirty days in
jail or be subject to both such fine and impris-
onment.

ORDINANCE NO. 237
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FUR THE REVISION, CODIFICATION
AND COMPILATION OF THE GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE VIL-
LAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO:
Section 1. That all ordinances of a general nature now in
force in the Village of McCall, Idaho, as revised, codified and
compiled and hereinafter set forth, be, and they are hereby
adopted, passed, published and declared to be the compiled or-
dinances of the Village of McCall, pursuant to Chapter 5, Title
50 of the Idaho Code, as amended, empowering any city of the
first or second class, or any village, to revise, codify and
compile its ordinances.
Section 2. That this ordinance and all said ordinances
of a general nature compiled and codified as above stated,
shall be in full force and effect upon the passage, approval,
and publication of this ordinance in one issue of the Payette
Lakes Star, a newspaper of general circulation, published in
the Village of McCall, and the official newspaper thereof.
