CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2016-47
APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES
FOR THE AUGUST 9, 2016 PRIMARY ELECTION AND
THE NOVEMBER 8, 2016 GENERAL ELECTION
WHEREAS, City Council approval is required for the selection of election judges; and
WHEREAS, the individuals named on Exhibit A, and on file in the office of the City
Clerk have submitted an application to be Election Judges for the August 9, 2016 Primary
Election and the November 8, 2016 General Election; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of
Medina that the individuals named on Exhibit A be approved as election judges for the
August 9, 2016 Primary Election and the November 8, 2016 General Election.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is with this, authorized to
make any substitutions or additions as deemed necessary.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that those election judges who attend trainings
and/or serve on Election Day be paid a wage of $10.00 per hour with no benefits.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Pederson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Anderson, Cousineau, Martin, Mitchell, Pederson
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
