HomeMy Public PortalAboutOrd. 241 - Adopting Building Code, School Buss StoppingI ORDINANCE NO . 241 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7-7--6t(A ) OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF McCALL, IDAHO, RELATING TO STARTING AND STOPPING OF SCHOOL BUSES. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO : 1. That section 7-7-6-(A) of the Village Code of McCall, Idaho, be, and, the same is hereby amended to read as follows : 7--7-6-(A) The driver of a vehicle upon meeting or over- taking from either direction any school bus which has stopped on the roadway for the purpose of receiving or discharging any school children shall stop the vehicle before reaching such school bus and shall not proceed until , such school bus resumes motion, or until signaled by the driver to proceed.
