VILLAGE OF McCALL
ORDINANCE NO. 244
AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING A PERMIT TO MOVE A BUILDING
OR STRUCTURE OF ANY KIND UPON, OVER OR ACROSS THE
STREETS OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL; PROVIDING FOR THE
ISSUING OFFICER AND THE CONTENTS OF SUCH PERMIT;
PROVIDING A PERMIT FEE; AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR
VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO:
Section 1. No person, firm or corporation shall from
and after the passage, approval and publication of this or-
dinance move a building or structure of any kind upon, over
or across the streets of the Village of McCall without first
obtaining a permit therefor.
Section 2. Such permits shall be prepared and issued
by the building inspector and shall set forth the existing
location of such structure or building prior to the moving
thereof, a description thereof, its destination, the name of
the mover and whether or not such structure will when moved
to its destination, comply with the uniform building code as
adopted by the Village of McCall, Idaho.
Section 3. The fee for a permit for moving a building
or structure upon, over or across the streets of the Village
of McCall shall be the sum of $2.50.
Section 4. Any person, firm or corporation found guilty
of giving misinformation for the purpose of obtaining of such
permit or found guilty of violation of any other portion or
section of this ordinance shall be fined not more than $100.00
or sentenced to not more than thirty days in the village jail,
or shall be subject to both such fine and imprisonment.
