AN ORDINANCE VACATING THAT PORTION OF 5th STREET
OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, LYING BETWEEN PARK AND
LENORE STREETS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. That that certain portion of 5th Street of
the Village of McCall, situate, lying and being between
Park and Lenore Streets , be and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and approved this 7th day of June, 1965.
