AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER SIX OF TITLE FOUR OF
THE VILLAGE CODE OF McCALL, IDAHO BY AMENDING 4-6-1
THEREOF ; BY REPEALING SECTION 4-6-3 ; AND RENUMBERING
SECTION 4-6-4 TO 4-6-3 ; RELATING TO MINORS , CURFEW,
PUBLIC DANCES AND FALSE REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING AD-
MISSION TO OR ATTENDANCE AT PUBLIC DANCES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. That section 4-6-1 of the Village Code of
McCall, Idaho, be and the same is hereby amended to read as
follows :
"4-6-1: CURFEW: No person under the age of eighteen
( 18) years shall be permitted to go abroad upon or
wander about the streets or public grounds , or any of
the unoccupied lots in the Village, after the hour of
eleven o'clock ( 11: 00 P.M. ) at night, unless such per-
son be accompanied by his or her parents or guardian,
or unless such person shall have necessary business
upon such street or other places."
Section 2. That Section 4-6-3 of the Village Code of
McCall, be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That Section 4-6-4 be and the same is
hereby renumbered 4-6-3.
